The following are the documents required for the Nikkah process:
-A copy of the government identification card for everyone signing
-Previous Nikkah and the divorce documents
-Consent for a female by her parent guardian, either through his presence or by an official consent form by him; unless she can submit a proof that negates the necessity of his consent
-The applicant must not be associated with a valid legal marriage
-The fee for the Nikkah certificate
